About Us Larry Gard is a licensed psychologist and the founder of Chicago-based Gard Executive Consulting (GEC).
Dr. Gard has worked with a variety of business professionals and organizations since 1991. He has helped valued but underperforming executives, developed leadership skills, and built stronger relationships among team members.
Dr. Gard received a bachelors degree in Psychology with honors from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. His doctorate in clinical psychology is from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, and he completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. He has presented throughout Chicagoland on a variety of workplace performance topics.
